When will my order arrive?
As we ship directly from America and Spain shipping times may very please allow up to 2 weeks. if you have any concerns you can reach out to us on our email or using the contact form.
Is there an age restriction?
No , But we suggest the Booknooks and models be built with an adult as some parts are small and fiddly
Do i have to make the booknooks and models myself?
Yes you do! that's the fun part seeing your work come to life.
But if you are in NZ and do not want to build them yourselves reach out and we may be able to help you.
I cant see a product i like
OH NO! please reach out we may be able to source this for you we love finding new models and booknooks
Do you have a physical store?
